Considering a Switch to PLNTD?
If you are currently receiving care elsewhere, we can assist with a transition to our clinical framework. Our team aims to support the continuity of your care.
Our Clinical Philosophy
We believe Australians should have access to professional, personalised healthcare. Our focus is supporting patientsāparticularly those with chronic conditionsāwhere conventional treatments may not have provided sufficient results.ā¶

Digital Patient Resource
As some prescribed treatments remain controlled substances, they must be obtained and held legally with a valid prescription from an authorised healthcare professional.
PLNTD provides a Digital Patient Card as a reference tool for your care plan.ā·
Note: The Digital Patient Card is provided for informational purposes only. Patients must comply with all state and territory laws, including the requirement to hold a current prescription and keep medication in its original pharmacy packaging.

Eligibility Information
Holistic treatments are a promising and rapidly evolving field, but not everyone is eligible.
ā
Eligibility for specific therapeutic goods in Australia is governed by strict regulatory frameworks.
To be considered for a referral under these frameworks, patients generally must have a chronic condition (lasting more than three months) where conventional treatments have been unsuccessful or resulted in adverse effects.
Final eligibility is always determined by your treating doctor based on clinical suitability.āµ
