1. Program Overview

The PLNTD Referral Program allows eligible patients to share a unique referral code via their patient portal.

When a new patient uses a valid referral code on their first eligible product order, the referring patient will receive a reward discount code via email.

2. How It Works

• Each eligible patient is issued a unique referral code.
• The code may be shared directly with friends or family.
• A referral is considered successful when:
  • The referred person completes onboarding and consultation requirements, and
  • Places their first eligible product order using the referral code.
• Upon a successful referral, the referring patient will receive a reward discount code via email.

Each referral code:

• Is valid for up to three (3) successful referrals.
• Automatically resets after three successful referrals.

3. Referral Reward

• The reward is issued as a discount code for future product orders.
• The discount amount may be up to 20%, as determined by PLNTD.
• The reward applies to product orders only and does not apply to consultation fees unless expressly stated.
• Reward codes are subject to any stated expiry date and usage conditions.

4. Eligibility

• The Referral Program is available to current PLNTD patients only.
• Referral codes must be shared directly by the patient through their patient portal.
• The referred person must be a new patient and must not have previously placed an order with PLNTD.

5. Limitations

• Referral codes may only be used for a referred person’s first eligible order.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
• PLNTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.

6. Anti-Abuse & Misuse

PLNTD reserves the right to monitor participation in the Referral Program to prevent misuse or abuse.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals, including creating multiple accounts to obtain rewards
• Referring individuals within the same household for the purpose of obtaining rewards
• Sharing codes on commercial coupon, discount, cashback, or deal-aggregation websites
• Bulk distribution, spam, or paid promotion of referral codes
• Creation of fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts
• Any conduct that, in PLNTD’s reasonable opinion, circumvents the intended purpose of the Referral Program

If PLNTD suspects misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms, PLNTD may:

• Withhold, cancel, or reverse referral rewards
• Suspend or deactivate referral codes
• Suspend or terminate patient accounts
• Refuse future participation in the Referral Program

PLNTD may require verification of identity, order legitimacy, or referral eligibility prior to issuing rewards.

PLNTD’s decision in relation to misuse or eligibility is final.

1. Promotion Details

PLNTD is offering a limited time reduction on the standard consultation fee:

$19 (normally $39) for eligible review consultations.

This promotion is valid until 31 March 2026, unless withdrawn earlier at PLNTD’s discretion.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is available to current PLNTD patients only.
• To qualify as a current patient, you must have previously completed a consultation with PLNTD.
• The promotion applies to eligible review consultations only.
• The promotion is not available to new patients.

3. Booking Requirements

• The consultation must be booked during the promotional period.
• The discounted fee will be applied automatically at the payment screen at the time of booking.
• The consultation must be paid for at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate.

4. Limitations

• Only one promotional rate may be applied per eligible consultation.
• The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, referral credit, or promotional code unless expressly stated.
• The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• The promotion is not redeemable for cash or credit.
• PLNTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

5. Geographic Limitation

This promotion is available to patients located within Australia only.
