Ordering is the easy part, its recieving it in a remote regional area that is the difficult part. Some times its over 10 days between ordering and receiving, other days its 4 yet PLNTD and StarTrack seem to put the blame back on us the customer when we call to find out where our medication is.

I would love and easier option to have medications added between visits. For example I have previously had vape Carts prescribed but they were taken off as I wasn't using them. They are something I'd like to try again but not have to book and pay for another appt :)
