Service and help has always been great and response to support is fast. Sometimes appointments can be outside of the appointment window. Appointments have been comfortable and I have been given appropriate and helpful medication. Thank you for your service.

The UI is clunky and not very intuitive.
Odd labelling as well.
Other than that the products experience, service by staff and Doctors has been great.
