These terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) govern participation in the Share the Care – Friends and Family Discount Program (“Program”) offered by Verteq Pty Ltd (“PLNTD”).

1. Program Description

The Program allows eligible users of PLNTD services to generate a unique referral code (“Code”) that can be shared with friends and family.
Recipients of a valid Code (“Participants”) are eligible to receive a $20 discount off the cost of their initial PLNTD consultation with a medical practitioner.

2. Eligibility – Referred Patients

  • Offer is valid only for Participants who are new customers of PLNTD.
  • To be considered a new customer, Participants must not have previously had a consultation with a nurse or medical practitioner through PLNTD.
  • Only one valid Code can be used per transaction.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • The offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.
  • Participation in the Program does not guarantee eligibility for PLNTD’s healthcare services. All services are provided subject to a clinical assessment by a qualified health professional, who will determine whether PLNTD’s services are appropriate for the individual patient.

3. How to Use the Code

To redeem the discount, Participants must:

a. Complete the pre-consultation process at plntd.com.au.
b. Book an appointment with a PLNTD practitioner, if deemed eligible to do so.
c. Enter the unique referral Code where indicated on the booking screen, and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on the payment confirmation page.
d. Save valid payment details to confirm the booking.

The $20 discount will be redeemable and reflected on the payment screen prior to final confirmation.

4. Disclaimers

  1. Clinical Suitability – All consultations and treatments are subject to assessment by a PLNTD healthcare professional, who will determine whether our services are clinically appropriate.
  2. Individual Variation – Treatment outcomes and suitability may vary based on personal health circumstances.
  3. Availability – Appointment availability is subject to clinician scheduling.
  4. Pricing Comparison – Price comparisons (if referenced) are based on information available as of October 2025.
  5. Pricing Basis – Prices are based on PLNTD’s standard consultation pricing and do not include discounts, promotions, or special offers that may apply to select customers.
  6. Advertising Disclosure – Any patient featured in promotional material has consented to appear and may have received compensation for their time.

5. General Conditions

  • PLNTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
  • Misuse of a referral Code or breach of these Terms may result in cancellation of the discount and/or suspension of participation in the Program.
  • PLNTD’s decision in all matters relating to the Program is final and binding.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
